1. What are the directions to the White River Junction, VT office?

  • 10 minutes from Hanover, West Lebanon, Lebanon NH and Norwich VT.
  • 20 minutes from Orford NH.
  • 30 minutes from Bradford VT and Sunapee, NH.
  • 15 minutes from Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital in Lebanon, NH.

Southbound Driving Directions

  • Take I-91 South. Get off at exit 12, the Wilder exit.
  • Turn left at the end of ramp.
  •  Drive short distance to stop sign at the “T”. You’ll be facing a cemetery. (You’re 2 minutes from my office now.)
  • Turn right. Pass gas station on right and then “Curves” on right.
  • Immediately after Hartford Pizza, turn right into parking lot of medium gray building with its sign near road, “Neck and Lower back Clinic” and “Center for Nutrition”.
  • Go to the door on the left side of building.
  • Go up the stairs. See my office at very end of small hallway. My sign is on the door.
  • NOTE: Should the parking lot be full, you may park at the Hartford Pizza parking lot next door.

Northbound Driving Directions

  • Take I-91 North. Get off at exit 12, the Wilder exit.
    Turn right at the end of ramp.

2. What are the directions to the Bethel, VT office?

Monday thru Friday, 8am to 6pm. I’m occasionally open Saturdays from 9 to 11am.

  • 30 minutes from Lebanon NH, Woodstock VT, and Rochester, VT.
  • 45 minutes from Montpelier VT.
  • 60 minutes from Stowe, VT.
  • 75 minutes from Burlington, VT.
  • 30 minutes from Lebanon and West Lebanon NH.
  • 35 minutes from Hanover NH.

Northbound & Southbound Driving Directions

  • Take I-89, and get off at exit 3, the Bethel exit. Turn right at end of ramp onto Rte 107 West (unmarked). You’re about 7 minutes from my office now.
  • Go approximately 1.8 miles to Christian Hill Rd. Landmarks are: Citgo gas station up on the left, and seconds later, Dandelion Acres on the right. Seconds later see Poulous Insurance on the right.
  • Immediately after Poulous Insurance, * turn right onto Christian Hill Rd. There’s a street light there.
  • Go .8 miles to the fork, taking the left side. This is now Sanders Rd.
  • From this fork, it will be 1.8 miles to our farm driveway. On the way, you’ll go up some hills and turns. Stay on Sanders Road all the way up. Go to the very top where the mostly wooded road will level out and begin to go slightly downhill.
  • Suddenly the vista will open up to a vast view of the mountains. On the left, see large log house with green roof and 3-car garage [not to be confused with the log house part way up the hill].
  • Look down the road diagonally to the right and you’ll see a weathered barn fairly close to the road. That is our barn and our mailbox number is 1724. The sign above it says ‘Westhaven Farm’. Turn right here.
  • A little past the barn you’ll see our gray house with faded pink trim. Park right along the side of the house you first come to. This is the lower floor of our home in which is I have my office suite.

Coming from Woodstock, VT

  • Go North on Rte 12. After 5 or so minutes, you’ll come to a ‘T’: the junction of Routes 12 and 107. Turn right.
  • Go several minutes and cross the iron bridge. You’ll be at another ‘T’ where you’ll be facing a high concrete wall.
  • Go right onto Rte 107 East and go .9 miles. Pass ‘VT Castings’ and ‘Garden of Stitches’ on your right. Take the very next Left onto Christian hill Rd.

3. What are your office hours?

Monday thru Friday, 8am to 6pm. I’m occasionally open Saturdays from 9 to 11am.

4. What is your fee schedule?

$85 per session.

At this time I’m not taking insurance. Instead I will negotiate a price with those who are unable to pay the whole fee. Please make a special request for a negotiated fee if you have the need for this.

5. What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, checks or money orders.

6. Do you make home visits?

Home visits  for psychotherapy, massage and/or energy healing may be possible. Please ask if you feel the need.
