Massage

Massage Therapy has a wonderful ability to not only assuage pain in the body but can calm the mind and emotions as well. Because the result may be lessened discomfort and deeper relaxation, a person may be able to more easily experience their sense of self and may even feel more connected to their spirituality.

Although I mainly use the Swedish form of massage, I  often use it as a foundation for other kinds of touch therapy. I follow my own intuition and listen closely to the wisdom inherent in my client’s body so I can become aware of what it needs. This is how massage sessions are tailored to the unique needs of the client. Clients have the option of having me combine Massage Therapy with Energy Healing. This gives me many more tools with which I can assist.
